Get Ready to Race Again! Year 2 of Race the Ozarks Youth Triathlon Series is Here!
Race the Ozarks Youth Triathlon Series is a 6 race series that offers numerous benefits, promoting healthy lifestyles, building community, and fostering athletic development. The series will span Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.
Compete across Arkansas and SW Missouri to earn points and create a memorable summer. Trifest for MS Splash &; Dash, Mount Sequoyah Triathlon, ConcreteKIDS Triathlon, Conway Kids Triathlon, Broken Sword Kids Triathlon, Trifest for MS.

Series Dates:
April 26th, 2026 – 8th Annual Kid’s Splash & Dash: Rampy MS Research Foundation
Registration opens March 1st!

May 23rd, 2026 – Mount Sequoyah Triathlon
Registration opens March 1st!

June 19th, 2026 – ConcreteKids Triathlon

Registration: While each race is part of the series, each race remains independent.
Costs and fees may vary for each race as will the race directors. Follow links above to
register for a specific race. Entry into any race automatically enters you into the series.
There is no specific registration for the series.
Volunteer Recruitment: If you would like to volunteer for a race, please reach out to the
specific race directors which can be found on their registration pages.
Safety Protocols: Each race has insurance and safety protocols in place for safety of
the youth. Pre-race meetings take place prior to each race on the day of the event to
instruct and educate both parents and youth on the course details.

Points System and Awards:
Point Allocation:

1st place in an event scores 50pts with each place under that scoring 2 less pts. All

places past 25th will score 2pts -
The top 4 scores/placements for each athlete will make up their series score. These 4 -
scores will be added together to create a cumulative score for the series (athletes can -
race more than 4 times) -
6-8 year-olds required to participate in a minimum of 3 races to qualify for the series with -
1 race outside of your zone. (Zones are SWMO, NWA, and Central AR) -
9-15 year-olds required to participate in a minimum of 4 races to qualify for the series -
with 1 race outside of your zone. (Zones are SWMO, NWA, and Central AR)

Overall Series Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 males and females in each age group following TriFest: Ages 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

Note: Racing age is a child’s age at the end of the year (12/31/26)

Individual Race Awards: Awards for individual races are determined by the specific race director. Please refer to their sites for additional information. -

Participation Awards: Series award/swag for athletes who compete in all 6 races.
